About Us

Lunar Property Management, LLC is a newly established, yet experienced lease management company. We serve the areas from Freeport up to Augusta, Damariscotta over to Brunswick and everything in between. We provide property owners with a stress free experience of owning an income producing property. Below is just a snapshot of what we provide.

~responding in a timely manner to your needs and those of your tenants
~accounting for all income and expenses produced by the property
~contracting for services, repairs and maintenance on the property as authorized
~advertising for prospective tenants
~showing the property and qualifying tenants
~executing rental and lease agreements
~evaluating rental and lease agreements periodically
~serving notices on tenants and filing unlawful detainer actions as needed
~performing regular and periodic property inspections

Lunar Property Management is owned and operated by Amber and her husband Corey Pruitt. When Corey retired after 21 years of military service they decided to make Maine their “forever home”. Amber has held her real estate license in Virginia since 2011 and has over 4 years experience working in property management and overseeing privately owned properties.
