As the Autumn season unfolds the quality being invited, encouraged, supported, asked for is courage. Courage, the hearts fierce capacity to meet life in all her glory! For YOU and I to step into our wisdom and lead with heart. WHAT gets in the way, is that confidence of being blocked in some way OR flowing readily? WE will LISTEN, and in accordance with the season we will Cut Through, Refine, Receive, + Let GO! Really + most importantly we REST. Join me, Jenn, for a rich + peace-filled retreat! Unlike my previous retreats I am offering an inner adventure in a more communal, community setting. It has many of the same components like Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra + dharma, however this one is coupled with SoulCollage®{an image driven practice of connection to inner wisdom} wisdom discussions + inquiry, all housed + shared together in beautiful modern barn...think summer camp meets comfy cozy + that’s the vibe. The Live from Love Center is located in the beautiful Mid-Coast ME area, quite close to the quaint village of Damariscotta. Friendly people, beautiful + unique lakes + rocky peninsulas, long inlets from the sea - it’s a fascinating landscape. The air feels fresh, the vibe is so ME made! You can simply escape to our spot or you can meander a bit, there’s good water + sky for gazing. There’s a small infrared sauna, a great hot tub, and fire pit for relaxing even more. SoulCollage® is a wonderful process practice that encourages an exceptional experience of getting out of the conceptual and into embodied wisdom. Through a method, divined Seena Frost some 30+ years ago, of using visual material, images and assembly we, almost magically connect with aspects of ourselves that often carry great wisdom yet are hidden from view. Here we engage in a fun individual journey inward even as we are in the richness of community - plus it’s a colorful making experience that is super fun.
