Lie back, listen, and allow this passive practice to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Josh is a lifelong musician with a deep belief in the healing power of sound. A lineage apprentice of Nina Umai, he has over a decade of study in her vocal modality, Pravada Sound Healing, and earned certification in nada yoga from the Nada Yoga School in Rishikesh, India, in 2017. His work explores the intersection of music, healing, and expanded states of consciousness. Since then, she has followed a path of experiential learning across Asia, the Americas, and beyond, studying frequency and vibration through both formal training and lived practice. With multiple certifications in sound healing and sound ceremony and years of hands-on facilitation, Sophia weaves meditative instrumentals, mantra, and natural soundscapes into profound healing experiences. Her work often integrates sound with yin yoga, plant medicine rituals, astrological events, and ecstatic dance. Sophia's diverse offerings serve to honor sound as a tool for transformation.
