Collecting Donations for Annual Shop for Hope Summer Sale

New Hope Midcoast, the Regional Domestic Violence Resource Center serving Midcoast Maine, is seeking donations of high-quality clothing and accessories from now through June 30, 2025. Items will be resold at the annual summer Shop for Hope event to be held July 10-12 at the Flanagan Center in Rockland. 

Clothing donations may be new or used, for all seasons and of all sizes. Please, no suits or damaged items (i.e. stained, torn, faded). For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept used underclothes and swimsuits. Children’s items must be new with tags. Items may be bagged or in boxes. Accessories include bags, jewelry, hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, belts, and footwear (nearly new if used).

Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce: 276 Main St., 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Tues, Wed, or Thurs
Rockland & Rockport YMCA's: during business hrs (May only)
