Cafe Society Brunch at Cupacity: Celebrating Lilacs

For us, Sunday brunch is the first meal of the new week and the perfect time for a little creativity and adventure. So each week we pick a different Blooming Fresh herbal or floral theme to reflect the changing tastes of the seasons—this week it's Lilac. Then we build our menu of special brunch plates and craft cocktail specials around that flavor.  Sure, you'll find brunch stalwarts like Eggs Benny and house specialties like Susan's French Onion Chicken Gruyere along with classic cocktails like Bloody Marys and Mimosas, but with different twists and details. As our local food critic for the Lincoln County News, Maia Zewart, puts it, "Enough cannot be said about Cupacity’s attention to the little details. From the doll-sized clothespin holding garnishes to the cocktail glass to the balance of herbs in the salad, thought and care is taken to ensure each diner has a unique experience."
