DESCRIPTION:An afternoon in the woods with yoga\, new connections and good food and drink.\n\n\n\n1:00-4:00pm\, meet at the parking lot of Hidden Valley Nature Center\n\n\n\nA lovely hike through the woods at Hidden Valley Nature Center in Jefferson\, Maine.\n\nOnce you are up Sugar Ridge there is a yurt that will have a blazing fire and welcoming yoga decor.\n\nAfter a 60 minute Yoga flow we will have light apps\, warm herbal tea and Hot Wassail.   We will then return to the parking lot with new friends and a renewed sense of Peace.\n\nClass size is limited to 10 participants.
