DESCRIPTION:"It's going to be a weekend of fun with tractor parades\, Darling's Ice Cream For a Cause truck on Saturday\, and this is the largest\, most family-friendly event. It's for kids of all ages   who doesn't love trucks?" said New England Auto Auction Director Toby Stinson\, adding that some specialty\, newly-restored fire engines will be on display by Randy Smith Restoration.\n\n \n\nAnd fire engine enthusiasts won't want to miss OHTM's 1926 American LaFrance Ladder Truck which was converted from a Model T. This absolutely original chemical truck was used by the Farmington Fire Department. Two 25-gallon chemical tanks are filled with water\, into which 10 pounds of bicarbonate soda is dissolved. Sulfuric acid is placed in a glass receptacle near the top of the tank. The result is a chemical reaction that forces the water out of the hose!\n\n \n\nOn Sunday\, author Chris Van Dusen will also be on hand for a book signing and meet-and-greet with his children's book Big Truck Little Island .
